Carolyn Ann Shoopman of Trumann departed this life Thursday, May 14, 2026, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 82 years, 4 months, and 22 days. She was born Wednesday, December 22, 1943, to the late George and Hazel Clay. She was of the Baptist faith and lived most of her lifetime in the Trumann area. She loved to read and do puzzles. She is preceded in death by her husband, Carroll Shoopman; her parents; a son, Paul Addison, Jr; and brother, Butch Swanner. She is survived by her daughter, Terri (James) Pulley of Trumann; six grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
