Mr. Phillip Ray Foley, 55, of Cambridge, OH died Sunday, February 6, 2011, at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, Ark. He was born in Paragould, Ark., and was a former resident of Trumann. He was a Real Estate Salesman, was a Veteran of the U.S. Army and was of the Christian faith. Mr. Foley was preceded in death by his wife, Katherin Nash Foley, one brother and his parents, Paul Foley and Barbara Smith Steele. Survivors include one daughter, Christa Hollins of Cambridge, OH; one step-daughter, Amber Brown of Hornlake, MS; one step-son, Jay Brown of Marion, Ark.; two brothers, Gary Foley of Springfield, MO and Donald Foley of Cambridge, OH; and four grandchildren.
