Robbie Lucille Snyder
June 21, 1926 - April 14, 2011

Mrs. Robbie L. Snyder was born on Monday, June 21, 1926, daughter of the late Clarence and Alice D. Ford Turpin. She died Thursday, April 14, 2011 at the family residence in Trumann, Ark., at the age of 84 years 9 months and 24 days. She was born in Waterloo, Ala., and lived in Trumann for the past 54 years and was formerly of Earle, Ark. Mrs. Snyder was a homemaker and member of the First Pentecostal Church in Trumann. She was preceded in death by two sisters, one brother, and her parents. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Charles O. Snyder of the home; three daughters, Peggy Roedel (Albert/Bud) of Bono, Ark., Judye Hart (Ronnie) of Jonesboro, and Donna Snyder of Jackson, TN: two sons, Rick Snyder (Terry) of Waukee, IA and Mike Snyder (Mary) of Memphis; one brother, Lynn Turpin of Belleville, IL; 9 grandchildren, Darren Neal, Darla Grissom, Kristin Frego, Jon Frego, Leslie Isbell, Randy Isbell, Richie Snyder, Mykie Snyder and Victoria Lochridge; and ten great-grandchildren, Emilee & Carter Neal, Annah-Claire & Easton Isbell, Alana Synder, Madison, Charlie & Trey Snyder, Blake Burns and Natalie Neal. Funeral service will be Tuesday April 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Pentecostal Church in Trumann with Rev. Murry Ray officiating. Burial will follow in Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark., under the direction of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann. Active pallbearers will be grandchildren, Honorary pallbearers will be great-grandchildren.. Visitation will be Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at First Pentecostal Church on Christy Street in Trumann, Ark. An online guest book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
