TRUMANN - Mrs. Vernese Dillinger was born on Sunday, October 11, 1931, daughter of the late Tom and Dixie Isom Griggs. She died on Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 80 years, 3 months and 17 days. She was born in Viola, Ark. and had lived in Trumann since 1960. She was a former employee of the Salant and Salant Company and Parker Hannifin Corp. and a member of the Northeast Arkansas Baptist Church in Trumann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Doyle Rudolph

    Vernice was one of the first ladies I met when we started to work at Salant. She was such a sweet lady, such a hard worker and cared so much about her family. Some people walk through our lives and out again, but she left memories of her in my heart.You all have my sympathy.
