    Billy was such a wonderful person. He always had a smile and kind word. Growing up Billy was like a brother to me and even though I haven't seen him for many years I think of him often. I remember him as someone who liked to laugh. Billy was always willing to help a neighbor or stranger. He was a wonderful person. My deepest sympathy to all his family.
