Mr. Herman Dale Owens, of Trumann died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at the family residence at the age of 57 years, 5 months, and 13 days. He was born on Tuesday, May 17, 1955 in Memphis, Tenn., and was a lifetime resident of Trumann. He was a factory worker and of the Church of God of Prophecy faith. Mr. Owens was preceded in death by his parents, Herman and Virginia Mae Campbell Owens. He is survived by one daughter, Fawnda Macias (Daniel) of Elaine, Ark.; three grandchildren, Devin Clairday, Bailey Clairday, and Tacara Macias; two brothers, Ronnie Owens and Gary Owens both of Trumann; three sisters, Debra Owens and Melissa Roberts both of Trumann, and Laura Banks of Bay. Funeral services will be Friday, November 2, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy on Christy Street Ext. in Trumann, with Bro. Larry Tribble officiating. Burial will follow in Pine Hill Cemetery in Jonesboro with Thompson Funeral Home of Trumann in charge. Pallbearers will be Danny Gann, Carl Winkles, Rick Winkles, Drew Campbell, Jeff Campbell, and Allen Campbell. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophecy on Christy Street Ext. in Trumann.     My deepest sympathy goes out to all of Dale's family. The few times I met Dale and talked to Dale, I could tell he was a "Gentle Soul". He will be so missed by his loving family and many friends. Our prayers are with you at this time. My Sister is Gary's friend and Dale meant the world to her and my Niece and Nephew. Gary means the world to us. May God wrap his loving arms around all of you.
