Mary Jean Williams
August 30, 1938 - February 15, 2013

Mrs. Mary Jean Williams, 74, of Trumann, died Friday, February 15 2013 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark. She was born Tuesday, August 30, 1938 in Oxford, Miss., and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. She was a retired factory worker and of the Pentecostal faith. Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, LV Williams Sr., one son, Johnny Ray Williams, one daughter, Shirley Mae Williams, one sister, one brother and her parents, Roy Lee and Essie Mae Kirby Kain. She is survived by two daughters, Billie Gene Huffman of Trumann and Patricia Mae Lytle of Bay; three sons, Roy Norman Williams of Greenbrier, LV Williams Jr. and Clarence Woodrow Williams both of Trumann; six sisters, Rosalee Raney, Junnie Shoopman, Joyce Hamby and Barbara Schwandt all of Trumann, Sarah (Kookie) Collins of Harrisburg and Linda Banks of Jonesboro; five brothers, Richard Kain and Donald Kain both of Trumann, Ralph Kain of Harrisburg, Paul Kain and Charles Kain both of Jonesboro; 18 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Monday afternoon at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Bro. Rickey Forbis officiating. Burial will follow in the Holly Springs Cemetery near Harrisburg, Ark. Pallbearers will be Roy Williams, Clarence Williams, Kenneth Rieathbaum, S.L. Thomason, LV Williams Jr., and Thomas Lytle. Honorary pallbearers will be Brayn Williams, R.L. Williams, William Lytle, Anthony Lytle and Matt Banks. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 2 until 4 at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.     Well mii grandma was a very loving and caring women and always tried helping other in every way she could...she will surley be missed by family,friends,and friends of the family....mii grandma ment. the world to me....she practley raised me and mii brother Nd took care of us our whole livez she will always be in mii heart no matter what... and noone will ever be able to take he place as long as i live...... it is very hard to deal with mii grandma not being hear anymore but i know god said it was time for her to go home with him she didnt need to suffer anymore... but. i know she always gonna be with.me shes watching over me and protecting me.... RIP..grandma i love and miss you so much <3
