Mrs. Mary Kathryn Mills of Newport, Ark., formerly of Trumann was called home to be with her Lord and Saviour on Saturday, February 1, 2014, at the age of 88 years, 3 months and 30 days in Newport, Ark. She was born Friday, October 2, 1925 at Harrisburg to the late Ruben Eli and Lillian Barker. Mrs. Mills lived in Trumann and Harrisburg area most of her lifetime. She was a member of the Central Missionary Baptist Church in Trumann and a member of the American Legion and served in the United States Army during World War II. She was preceded in death by her husband William Garland
