Patsy Ann "Nan" Toone
January 31, 1943 - June 11, 2016

Mrs. Patsy Ann “Nan” Toone, 73, of Trumann departed this life on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. Mrs. Toone was born Sunday, January 31, 1943 in Greenfield, Ark., and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. She was a secretary for Roach Mfg., and a member of the Calvary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Wendell Toone, one son, Bryan Toone and her parents, J.V and Georgia Cook Gray. Mrs. Toone is survived by one daughter, Hollie Stevens and husband Jeff of Trumann; two grandsons, Jesse (Sara) and Justin Stevens; three sisters, Sharon Prestenbach of Natchez, Miss., Judy Beeson and Regina Marsolan both of Jonesboro. Funeral service will be Monday, June 13th, at 1:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home with Bro. Austin Missey officiating. Burial will follow in the Willis Cemetery near Harrisburg, AR. Pallbearers will be Derek Lueallen, Cory Beeson, Maurice Marsolan, Mike Beeson, Steve Prestenbach and Jason Schnepf. Grandsons will serve as honorary pallbearers. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.

    Hollie, I am so sorry that I was not at the Funeral. I did not know about it until Sunday Night and was unable to come to the Funeral. My thoughts & Prayers are with you and your family at this time. I loved your Mother very much. Will never forget the times I had with her & Lawanda Waters.

    There was only One Patsy Ann Gray Toone ! She was the Sweetest, Most kind Person in the World . Patsy Annwill be Greatly Missed for All who knew and Loved her.     I loved you Ms .Patsy and I'll never forget all those times I spent my dates with Bryan and you , Larry and Little Hollie especially when y'all went to My Donalds and brought his grounded butt something to eat but still allowed me to be with him and for that I owe you everything !!!!!Till we meet again , wonderful Angel !!!!!!     Oh my goodness, where to start. I am at a loss for words. Completely shocked. She was such a good friend to me. We shared so many good times and not so good times.
