Melanie Taber of Trumann, departed this life Saturday, March 7, 2026 at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 47 years. She was born March 29, 1978 in Memphis, TN to the late Charles and Rita Moorman Berryhill. She was a 1996 graduate of Trumann High School and a member of Freedom Church in Trumann. She was a loving wife and mother and enjoyed taking care of her family, especially her grandbabies. She is preceded in death by her parents, daughter Michelle Kalyne and one brother, Michael Berryhill. She is survived by her husband Michael Taber of the home; three sons, Seth (Hannah) Berryhill of Paragould, Danny Webb, Jr. of Trumann, Ryan (Brittany) Taber of Trumann; sister, Michelle Whitworth of Little Rock, AR and four grandchildren, Ava and Wyatt Taber, Beau Berryhill and Presley Forbs and special friends, April Russell, Melody Smith, Cathy Parsley and Sandy Battles.     I'm so very sorry to hear of Melanie's passing. She was very kind to me. She had a great sense of humor and also had a great time joking with and about me. She will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends.
