Ernest Joseph Wenzler

Earnest Joseph Wenzler, 73, of Trumann, formerly of Clarksdale, MS, departed this life Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at his residence. He was born October 3, 1952 in Memphis, TN to the late William Clarence and Margaret Mabel Norris Wenzler. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and worked on Military ships as a Pipefitter. He loved baseball, sports betting and collecting baseball cards. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Charles “Andy” Wenzler, James “Jimmy” Wenzler; four sisters Billie Walters, Mary Hutchison, Linda Berger, and Jill Dixie.      He is survived by his son, Zach (Georgia Cavanaugh) Wenzler of Richmond, ME, two daughters, Angela (Brandon) Gean of Trumann, Jennifer Wenzler of Germany; three grandchildren, Meredith and Nick Tiffany) Kinney, Ashlyn Gean; and two great-grandchildren, Camden and Hudson Kinney.      All services are private.       Online registry book can be signed at thompsonfuneralhome.net
