  2. Judy Dunman, Lunsford says

So sorry for your families loss. Johnny was a wonderful person.

  3. Judy Turner Thomson, Daytona Beach, FL says

I just heard the very sad news of Johnny’s passing. Johnny, Carla and I graduated from high school together and Johnny was always gregarious, never met a stranger. I had the opportunity to reconnect with Johnny during the recent five years of living in Trumann caring for my Mother before she passed. We had laughs about high school memories and fond memories of growing up in Trumann. Back in the day, we knew all of each other’s family members and the Whitlatch family members were all wonderful people. May God Bless you all and grant each of you peace and strength as you say goodbye. Hugs and Prayers Carla. See you on the other side Johnny. RIP Judy Turner Thomson, daughter of Jimmy and Patsy Turner

  4. Beth Presley, Little Rock, AR 72212 says

We’re so very sorry. Sincerely, Beth and Donald Presley

  5. Mary Lee Brock Cunningham, Jonesboro says

Was so saddened to get news of Johnny's passing. I know of at least one "old cowboy" [Gerald Hunt] who will be lost without his good buddy. God give comfort to Ms. Carla and all the family and friends Johnny leaves behind.

  6. Ken Hendrix , Hot Springs says

Sad news. Johnny was a good man and friend. Lots of good times. Mary Kay and I have the family in our prayers.

  7. Larrry Cook, Walnut Ridge, AR. says

So sorry to hear of your loved one Johnny passing! As I was reading the obituary of all the family names, even though it's been years since I've lived in the Trumann area, lots of memories flooded my mind. I remember as a child when my dad and Mr. Pete used to go coon hunting together many years ago and what a good family you all were & are! As I read all your names, your faces appeared in my mind's eye and I thought what a great family you all are, that's a legacy to be proud of. I just want you all to know that you are in my prayers during this very difficult time and I pray that God will give you all a memory of a special time in life with Johnny that will bring a smile to your face and comfort to your heart. A friend Larry Cook, a child of the (Late) J.F. "Bill" & Ethel Cook family

  8. Cindy Wood, Trumann says

We love you Johnny and we sure will miss you! Gerald and Cindy
