September 16, 1936 - April 23, 2025

Bobby Louis Stotts departed this life Wednesday, April 23rd at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro, AR at the age of 88 years, 7 months and 7 days.  Bobby was born Wednesday, September 16, 1936 in Trumann to the late Omer H and Clara Lucille Chamblis Stotts and was a lifetime resident of Trumann.  Bobby had many trades consisting of insurance agency, banker, farmer, realtor and auctioneer. He loved horses, fishing, going to basketball games at ASU for over 50 years and was of the Baptist faith.  He was preceded in death by two sisters, Wanda Stephens and Barbara Hoelscher; daughter-in-law, Penny Stotts and his parents.       He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Bonnie Comstock Stotts of the home; one son, Robert Stotts of Bay, AR; one daughter, Kimberly Haag of Bay, AR; one brother, Jimmy (Mickey) Stotts of Trumann, AR; five grandchildren, Hunter Percell, Garrett Haag, Connor Haag, Cade Percell and Evan Stotts.       Visitation will be Saturday from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.  A Celebration of Life will follow at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel with Jay Paul Woods and Rev. Glenn Hurst officiating.  Burial will follow in Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland, AR.       Pallbearers will be his grandson, Cade Percell, Garrett Haag, Connor Haag, Evan Stotts, Cade Condra and Murray Stotts.  Honorary pallbearers are Jay Haag, Rodney Stotts and Jimmy Stotts.       Online guest book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.
