Stephanie Stout Long
April 7, 1967 - January 21, 2017

Ms. Stephanie Sue Stout Long of Trumann, Ark., departed this life Saturday at her home in Trumann and went home to be with her lord, at the age of 49 years, 9 months and 16 days. She was born Friday, April 7, 1967 in Minot, ND, and lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. Stephanie was a nurse at UAMS in Jonesboro and a member of First Baptist Church. Stephanie graduated from Trumann High School and was active in music, choir and was a cheerleader. From a young age until graduation Stephanie was a friend to everyone and had many friends. Stephanie was preceded in death by her mother, Carol Yuly Stout. Stephanie is survived by one brother, Jeffrey Stout of Siloam Springs, Ark., and her father, Jerry Stout of Cherokee Village, Ark., and had many aunts and uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home, with Rev. Marion Stout officiating. Burial will follow in the Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.     So sorry for your loss, I worked with Stephanie at St Bernards in the late 90's, I loved working for her because every day was a great,day to work with her, no matter what obstacles were thrown at us, we got through it with a smile on her face.
