Alice Carolyn Austin

Alice Carolyn Austin of Trumann departed this life Friday, September 8, 2023 at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR  at the age of 74 years 8 months and 27 days. She was born December 12, 1948 in Trumann, Ark to the late Henry Ford and Myrtle Beatrice Webb Carr and had lived her lifetime in Trumann. Carolyn was a  housewife.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Austin, one daughter, Sandy Austin, one brother, Henry Ford Carr Jr.       She is survived by one son, Danny (Pam) Austin of Trumann; Four grandchildren, Daniel Tucker, Jessie Tucker, Alison Austin and Scott Massey; and one sister, Emogene Coke of Trumann.        The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann.       Online guest book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net
