November 8, 1947 - April 2, 2017

Glenda Kaye Gillette of Trumann passed away, Sunday April 2, 2017 at Baptist Memorial Hospital East in Memphis, Tennessee among a host of loving and caring friends, family and loved ones, at the age of 69 years, 4 months and 25 days. Glenda was born Saturday, November 8, 1947 in Piggott, Arkansas to Ed and Eunice Howard. She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister Judy Smart. Glenda graduated from Arkansas State University in 1969 with a degree in sociology. She was employed by the Department of Human services as a Case Worker until her retirement in 2002. She loved retirement and enjoyed spending time as a home maker. She was a member and attended Maple Grove Baptist Church in Trumann. She loved being a member of the ladies Sunday School class there at Maple grove. Glenda

I always loved visiting with her...and that was usually at a Red Wolves event...I remember that she was always kind and happy. I will be out of town on Wednesday, but will be thinking of you all.
