  2. Celia S Flieger, Spring Branch, TX says

Ricky was a sweet young boy. Even though I had not seen him for a long while as our family was military and all over the place, when we did get to visit, he was a blast to play with. He is the same age as my sister, Jeannine. Many blessings and prayers for his family. I know he will be missed. Much love to his family, Celia Rosprim Flieger (daughter of Reba Jean Poff, who was his Dad's sister).

I wish that I could have gotten to know him better as we got older. I’m sending my condolences to his family. My mother was his dad’s sister, Margaret. Sincerely, Marion Love Patton

I remember he played Snoopy in the high school play and was an excellent athlete. Ricky possessed a marvelous smile that imparted to others a sense of joy. He imbued a subtle but competitive nature and always gave his best.
