David Lee Willis
October 4, 1953 - June 21, 2019

     Mr. David Lee Willis of Trumann departed this life on Friday, June 21, 2019 at the Phil and Flo Jones Hospice House, in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 65 years, 8 months and 17 days.  He was born Sunday October 4, 1953 in Memphis, TN and had lived in Trumann for 45 years.   He was a factory worker and of the Baptist faith.  He was preceded in death by 3 brothers and his parents, Garland Eugene and Mary Margaret Orr Willis.      He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Pam Willis of the home, two sons, Allen (Vicki) Willis of Memphis and Joey (Nacole) Willis of Trumann; two grandchildren. Chad Willis and Chloe Willis; four sisters, Mary Ann (Billy) McIntare of Mt. View, AR, Janis (Roger Morgan) Lawrence of Lepanto, Gail (Steve) Cockrell of Lepanto and Sharon (Wayne) Gotto of Perryville, MO; one brother, William and Teresa Willis of Payneway.      Funeral services will be Monday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the chapel of Thompson Funeral Home in Trumann, with Rev. Rick Kimery officiating.  Burial will follow in the Marked Tree Cemetery in Marked Tree, AR.      Pallbearers will be Brad Bolar, Gunner Bolar, Scotty Spence, Gary Holmes, Ronnie Willis, Jimmy Price, John Dexter and Rob Dexter.      Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 3 until 5 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home.      An online register book can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net
