Charles Franklin Rhoads
March 30, 1928 - June 8, 2006

Mr. Charles Franklin Rhoads, 79, of Bay died Friday, June 8, 2007, at the family residence. He was born in Hominy, Miss., and had lived at Bay for 11 years moving there from the Trumann area where he had lived his lifetime. Mr. Rhoads was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Minnie Hall Rhoads, three sisters, Bertha Weaver, Alta Blankenship and Edna Blankenship and by three brothers, James, Tom and Ted Rhoads. Survivors include one brother, Chester Rhoads of Trumann; two sisters, Shirley Greenwalt of Oklahoma City, Ok., and Loretta Powell of Norman, Ok. Memorial service will be Monday June 11th at 7 pm at the Payneway Pentecostal Church on Hwy 14 West in Payneway with Nick Rhoads officiating.
