Joyce Ann Carter Moss
June 19, 1949 - August 13, 2006

Mrs. Joyce Ann Carter Moss was born on Sunday, June 19, 1949, the daughter of L. H. and Pauline England Carter. Mrs. Moss died Sunday, August 13, 2006 at NEA Medical Center in Jonesboro, Ark., at the age of 57. She was born in McCormick, Ark., and had lived most of her lifetime in Trumann. She was a homemaker and attended the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Trumann. She was preceded in death by one sister, Bonnie Jacobs and her father. Mrs. Moss is survived by her husband, Johnny Moss of the home; three daughters, Melinda Woods, Melissa Bandy and Beth Stout all of Trumann; two son, Steve Moss and Billy Moss of Trumann; her mother, Pauline Carter of Trumann; three sisters, Connie Carter and Sherry Harkey both of Trumann and Pam Pitcher of Paragould; one brother, Billy Carter of Germany; 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Trumann with Rev. Kenneth Green officiating. Burial will be private. Active pallbearers will be J.R. Stout, Cecil Richardson, Jimmy Creecy, Don Pratt, Terry Rasdon and Jerry Woods. Honorary pallbearers will be James Creecy, Norman Francis, Sr. and Charlie Brooks. Visitation will be Tuesday evening from 5 to 7 at Full Gospel Tabernacle Church. An online register can be signed at www.thompsonfuneralhome.net.

    Grandma with it being so close to Christmas I wanted to let you know we are still thinking about you as much as we ever did. Even though I cannot spead to you face to face I know you still see and hear everything I do.     i know connie , but didnt know joyce, just a few words to the family , of joyce and connie, im so sorry for the loss of your loved one, i lost my mom in the year 2000 and its very hard to deal with, but with time and the Lord he will make it all right again just look to him for strenth and courage to go on. agin my deepest sympthy Linda Brooks
