Mrs. Lavern KendallTRUMANN - On Wednesday, December 31, 2008, we lost our beloved mother and best friend, Lavern Kendall. She was born in Trumann, AR., on October 16, 1936. Mrs. Kendall was a retired factory worker, and for the past 14 years, she was a homemaker and a member of the Melton Avenue Church of Christ.     Laverne and Duggar have a special place in my heart. I have known them and loved them since I was a child. In a perfect world they are reunited now and that is a nice thought. They were good friends to my family. My heart goes out to their family and they will be missed.

    I only wish I could be there. Aunt Laverne will always be dear to my heart. She was a great inspirtion in my life. Whenever I think of my childhood I think of her taking care of us, and always being there for all us kids.
